What is Forex?
Forex or (FX) is the term used for the world’s foreign exchange market. It comes from the words Foreign Exchange. Unlike exchanges such as the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), there is no physical location for the Forex market, instead it describes the interbank or OTC market for currencies. Currency is traded 24 hours a day, five days a week (Sunday night to Friday night). Forex trading is the largest market in the world, but also has the most volatility.
