Argentina reports lowest inflation in a long time
Inflation in Argentina stood at 25.5% when President Milei took office on December 10 last year. Since then, the South American country has reported inflation that is clearly on a downward trend. January: 20.6% February: 13.9% March: 11% April: 8.8% May: 4.2% June: 4.6% July: 4% August: 4.2% September: 3.5% The figure for October just came in – 2.7% This means that Argentina no longer has inflation but deflation. The country is known for its natural resources, and there are several Canadian companies exploring in Argentina.
